Avantages
I started working here almost 5 years ago and couldn't imagine spending the last 5 years anywhere else. Management here is all about working hard and playing just as hard to say thank you for the day to day hard work everyone puts in. The great thing about working here is you enter a group of family/friends. When you spend 40 hours a week somewhere that means a lot!! Things like leaving early to make it to your child's school play or passing around a signup list for a group activity are welcomed and considered normal. Also, the pay is great - competitive yet fair.
Inconvénients
Sadly, we recently experienced a couple of negative ex/employees. It stings a bit since the work environment Katie and Bill set the tone for has always been like a fun, hardworking group of friends just doing what we like to do (marketing!). The positive take away, for the rest of us, is that we've turned the corner and we're able to grow stronger as a group because of it :)
