Avantages
This is an excellent company which allows employees to excel. Some of the pros may be : 1. Investment on departments, I think there is very few companies which have separate team on Testing, Documentation, Training etc. 2. You will be mostly working on an innovative product than services and if you are a developer, this is the best place to create your expertise. 3. Management is very friendly, as a junior employee, you also have a say to the top management. 4. Company thinks about the employees much more than people in big MNCs. 5. Top management is also created from former employees and hence they knows in and out of your own work. So if you face any issue with your work, you might ask the top management to help you. 6. There is no hierarchy as such, bosses will work on the same seat as you.
Inconvénients
1. If you are not a performer, I bet you can stay unnoticed. 2. If you are working mostly with services, and have lost your skillsets, I doubt this company will be a fit for you. 3. The company respects smart people, so if you are not smart, you might not get into this company easily. 4. The screening process is very stringent. Lateral entry is hard
