Inconvénients
- Recently, too much micro-management. - Too much focus on sales metrics, instead of team development. - Store managers forced to punch in and out with the increase in work hours without extra compensation. - Airport specific issues: long lines at TSA, taking a bus to get to work from employee parking; early openings (sometimes at 5am) or late closings (11pm or later).
