Avantages
The work is remote. This company was just bought out by PG Forsta so I don't know if this will stay, but unlimited PTO is nice too. In general Customer Experience work can be interesting as well. Most account level coworkers are great as well.
Inconvénients
No one knows what is going on 3 days in the future. You will get one directive today and one that completely undoes that first request tomorrow. There is no defined role for Account Managers. They just do whatever anyone else refuses to do or what the company is not resourced to handle like it should. The constant changes and lack of clear directives makes it a very frustrating place to work. They will say it is because they are in "growth mode" but this chaotic management style has been there for at least the last 5 years and does not seem to be changing with the acquisition. If anything, it is getting worse.
