      Avantages

      They hire new college grads, and they don't seem to enforce a high effort work culture.

      Inconvénients

      The company has insane Chinese management culture. These are really nasty guys, do yourself a favor and don't work here.

      Avantages

      Room for growth, great company to work for. Highly approve of the CEO, always learning something new each day. Room for growth in the company. Company continues to hire in the US, and expand resources.

      Inconvénients

      no 401k, or tuition reimbursement. Company doesn't have as much brand awareness as other competitors. Things are changing for the better as the company continues to grow in the US.
