Nice projects and sometimes you get in touch with the product owners which whom you can create a nice relationship with them, learning more from them.

Small company. A lot of demand from the managers. Very low salary compared with the market. Promises over promises. At some point I thing there where was the same number of managers as the developers (figure it out). They only have (or had) collaboration (Self-employed Person) and they don't hire directly to avoid big salary taxes. Last but not least, not all project managers have the proper skills for the role they have. They don't manage properly the time, the resources and a lot of stres end up on the developers.

Great working environment in a beautiful old villa, situated in a very prestigious area around The Hague. My supervisor and CEO, Mr. Iwein, is always positive and helps me whenever I come across any issue. Here, you have the freedom of following your own pace of working. There is no one pressuring you to complete a task and you always receive help and guidance when stuck. I learned a lot about all the elements that make a great website and how to write interesting content that is snackable and captivating for potential customers.
