Some teams, overwhelmed, heavily rely on equally burdened teams. Others are favored, causing everyone to bend over backwards for them. Meanwhile, other teams have no choice but to cater to the privileged ones who lack knowledge and pride to take ownership of their work. The process exclusively caters to one department, neglecting the needs of others. If everyone must work together to achieve a common goal, departments should be treated fairly and fulfill their responsibilities. Every department and team works just as hard as others. If everyone did their jobs, there wouldn’t be animosity among peers.
