      Avantages

      All of the people that work in the showroom are great! All of my co-workers were really supportive and encouraging.

      Inconvénients

      When I was hired I was told what my commission would be, but once I started I found out none of it was true. They are not very honest about how much money you will make.

      The emotional toll of working here outweighed any potential benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership created a stressful and miserable work environment. One owner frequently displayed controlling and erratic behavior, making it difficult to feel valued or supported. The other owner, though more passive, contributed to the toxic culture by enabling this behavior and occasionally displaying her own condescending and controlling tendencies. Constructive feedback or collaboration was rare, leading to a culture of negativity and fear, rather than growth and respect.
