Human Resources main communication channel is whatsapp, they will eventually contact you about how many hours you worked for a client for a certain month, the most critical thing for their vision. Very rarely Human Resources contact you through e-mail, unless it's a general communication. Yearly salary raises are a joke. The raise itself shows no consideration for your work.
