      valued as a number on a piece of paper. not mindful. too many screens and expected to respond to chats instantly instead of maintaining focus which would've been more efficient

      Hybrid, good starting point for teachers looking to get out of the classroom, learn a lot of sales skills

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low pay, bad commission structure (pay out in December), management is ok but is dependent on the person
