Not very difficult, doesn’t reward extra mile - Avis employé Motion Designer Imagine Learning

Not a well structured company, definitely just buying companies to use them up for 5 years and spit them out. Morale decrease after many layoffs. Not incredibly transparent, bad management, nepotism, bad communication, no advancement. Worth it to work a while, but you probably won’t learn much after the first year or so.
