      Lovely teams. Very collaborative on the lower levels.

      Inconvénients

      I CON is all about being cheap and reducing costs and then wonder why the business wins is decreasing. Yet the amount of senior management is increasing daily. Poor communication regarding lay offs. No salary adjustment or promotions - yet new SLT appointments almost monthly

      Good benefits. Some excellent managers and opportunities to learn

      Workload can be overwhelming. A lot of people have left the company so the workload just increases for the ones who remain.
