      Avantages

      Good benefits and pay package, good managers that give leave/lieu days. Management tries to adhere to your travel preferences as much as possible.

      Inconvénients

      Workload can be extremely high at times. Career opportunities are slow in-house, its faster to apply from outside to jump to a next level. No office makes it very challenging to identify with company culture.

      Workload can be overwhelming. A lot of people have left the company so the workload just increases for the ones who remain.
