      Avantages

      Itu has little to no pros. Their medical insurance costs a whopping $143 every pay check, and that's not including vision or dental. 4 day work weeks with 10 hour shifts, but if management is feeling lazy, they'll make employees stay late so they can go home on time. I guess having holidays off is nice, aside from the huge lack of communication between the shipping companies and ITU itself.

      Inconvénients

      This company with literally suck the soul out of you.

All full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including holiday pay, health, dental, vision, and 401k.       Avantages

      The people here are amazing; everyone is so kind and understanding, which is helping me grow as a graphic designer and an employee in general. I am also learning a lot of things about different marketing processes and such, and it has been a very smooth process; I feel like I'm making an impact.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the programs/processes used for marketing are a little outdated, but we are working to update and improve them, so this won't be a con for long!
