Avantages
Pros: Working at ITIO Innovex was a highly rewarding experience. The management is supportive, open to ideas, and truly values initiative. The work environment is collaborative, and cross-functional communication is smooth. I also appreciated the flexibility and focus on performance over rigid hours.
Inconvénients
At times, the fast-paced nature of the work requires multitasking across functions, which may be overwhelming for someone new to the field. But if you’re proactive and eager to learn, it turns into a strength.
