      Timely payment of salary and it is fair when compared with competitions

      Inconvénients

      You can put in a stellar performance and get nothing in return. They only employ the stick approach here for those who don't do well, carrot is always unavailable. No vertical growth whatsoever for employees

      The management team are psychos and abusive. The work culture is very toxic. Work-life no balance.
