      Avantages

      INTERLINK Language Centers has great values, and their idea of language learning (including curriculum) is interesting and rewarding to be a part of.

      Inconvénients

      The employee benefits are not always the greatest, particularly insurance benefits. Employee salary benefits improved in the years that I spent there, though compared to other IEPs, it is in the lower side. Locations are not always ideal. Career advancement opportunities are very few.

      Avantages

      Vision, mission, values have grown from solid education theorists. Teaching requirements are in sync with organizational values. Student learning is the most important reason to teach. Class sizes are small.

      Inconvénients

      Visas to the United States for purposes of learning English are difficult to come by.

      Avantages

      Working with international students and an exceptional staff that is creative in bringing out creative ideas to get the students thinking in English

      Inconvénients

      Being an outside contractor, communication to me is sometimes minimal.
