Perspective commerciale

Avantages

1. Small company, you can represent yourself better, but only theoretically. 2. You can make some good friends who would share pain with you in company.

Inconvénients

1. Bad HR policies. 2. NO SALARY Payment: DoN'T pay my last month salary since several months. I was advised by a friend to give them not more than a week's notice as they don't easily pay last month salary. Some of seniors had just given 1 or 2 days of NOTICE to get themselves relieved because of this reason. But they are seniors, they can afford to do so. I was a new person i cannot have taken risk. My ADVISE: Don't give them a notice more than a week.
