      Thank you for your review. We are glad to see the 5 stars and read that you had a good experience working at Hyperoptic. Thank you as well for the feedback on bonuses and salary, it's important to us to know what employee and former employees think should be improved. We do have an annual salary review process, designed to ensure fair remuneration based on job performance and market standards. However, not every review results in an increase, as it depends on various factors that are defined for each review cycle. The same it is for the bonus, which is based on performance.       Shared workload, good hours, easy to learn network

      Inconvénients

      Poor career progression, management don't listen to complaints or issues, a "seniority is always right" attitude that doesn't encourage collaboration or ideas

      Thank you for leaving a review - we do really appreciate it. It's great to hear that you enjoyed the working hours and the sharing of workload with colleagues. Your comments around career progression are something we would like to discuss more with you - please do reach out. We have rolled out a lot of work across the engineering workforce focused on bringing clarity on career pathways and what needs to happen to make that progression.
