Avantages
I've worked at a bunch of startups and larger companies over (too) many years now. The most impressive part about HumanAPI is--how this group of talented and hard-working people treat each other. Intense start-up work can always lead to stress--but the stress here is the "good" kind: e.g., biz tradeoffs, problem-solving, how-do-we-get-all-this-work-done? No political BS, finger-pointing, arrogance, defensiveness, etc. Quite the opposite--More explicit expressions of appreciation of each other than I've seen anywhere else.
The engineering culture stems from the quality of the individuals: technically talented, open and friendly communication, a mix of senior people and others that are learning from them.
Inconvénients
Hard to keep the quality and quantity of our hiring up with ambitious work and company goals.
