      -Focus has had to shift due to changing market strategy, which can be challenging at times.

      Avantages

      4 day work week and remote working.

      Inconvénients

      Redundancies - half of the small team let go in the last two years. Paying staff late because they don't have the funds. Late payments into workplace pension scheme.
