      Great leadership and staff. I really like the flexibility and they really allow you to have the cool sports experience and feel the energy and vibes.

      Inconvénients

      The hours can be late but I think it's worth it

      Avantages

      Working in sports. You will die working in sports (literally, nobody makes $$). Benefits and the experiences are solid though. Not the job experience. The sports experience.

      Inconvénients

      DEI program; lack of training, expertise, and overall knowledge of the business and sales practices. Promotions based on likeability and tenure, not value added. Which is crazy for a sales team to do. Pay is awful and whole office hates white people and men. God forbid you're both. Forced to stand around during games hoping to sell someone but its a complete waste of time. 14 hour long shifts on gamedays. Not a real sales organization
