      - Good team to work with - Regulars are very nice and awesome to talk to - 40% off employee discount [on everything]

      Inconvénients

      - No bonuses for the associates - It is hard to work with customer service - Management can be very fickle and rude to their employees

      Avantages

      Coworkers and culture were definitely the pros of the job.

      Inconvénients

      Mall setting and corporate policies made things unenjoyable. If this place could be franchised and not in a mall with so many other types of people would be much more ideal.
