      Avantages

      Friendly, nice facilities, not bad pay, good benefits, decent employee purchase plans

      Inconvénients

      Hilton Corporate was a great place to work, but since Blackstone bought the company they have been cutting costs and corners and outsourcing.

      Avantages

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Inconvénients

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
