Avantages
-Wonderful people -Starting pay is good and if you can do the work they raise you up pretty quickly -Great entry into the transport industry -Comprehensive training
Inconvénients
-Absolutely terrible health insurance (the dental is okay but as far as the medical coverage you’d be better off out of pocket or with nothing) -Worst inter-department communication of anywhere I’ve ever worked which creates tons of issues constantly but is never actually addressed. -No real possibility of moving up, they say there will be but it’s all talk -Greedy owner (Glassdoor lists Gurney as the CEO but he hasn’t been in quite some time) -They will boil you like a frog. You’ll start with a manageable amount of workload and then they’ll gradually pile more and more on you until you’re overwhelmed and constantly behind which they’ll be completely oblivious to.
