Avantages

Salary ranges for some levels are good. Bonus isn't directly linked with individual performance so most get most of their variable pays! A handful of people working there are really good and you can learn a lot from them if you are lucky to work with them.

Inconvénients

Leadership: Highradius is currently grappling with a significant challenge rooted in the CEO's inflexible mindset and a dominating "my way or the highway" micro-management approach that permeates the organizational culture. There is a striking absence of openness to experimentation and innovation, whether in technology or business capabilities. The declared leadership principles and core values appear to be more of a facade, as the prevailing sentiment suggests that the only ideas deemed worthy are those originating from the CEO, exacerbating the company's downward trajectory. Technology: Despite being labeled as a technology company, Highradius functions more as a sales-driven enterprise, relegating product management to a secondary role. The persisting employment of an antiquated tech stack and a concerning lack of regard for engineering best practices have resulted in an alarming accumulation of technical debt across the product spectrum. The deficiency in documented product quality is apparent, with top-down directives emphasizing swift execution and a rapid go-to-market strategy, overshadowing a commitment to technological excellence. Processes: The organization is burdened by an overwhelming array of convoluted processes and metrics that seem disconnected from both business objectives and engineering outcomes. If the impact of processes were tangible, one might argue that they have reached a lethal level, contributing to a sense of chaos rather than facilitating efficient operations. Culture: It is challenging to articulate the current organizational culture without invoking a sense of concern. The departure of more than 50 top-level leaders in the last three months and a pervasive lack of employee retention beyond one year indicate a deeply rooted issue. Accountability for the apparent disorder at the upper echelons is noticeably absent, with consequences disproportionately affecting those at the bottom of the hierarchy. In sum, the less said about the prevailing culture, the more glaring the challenges appear. Oh and diversity and inclusion? It's a joke. Be a part of their annual 'cultural' festival and I bet let alone a woman but a man also would feel embarrassed entering the company premises, such kind of vulgar and disrespectful posters, words and ads decorate the walls in the name of eccentricity!

Inconvénients

Worst company I have ever been involved with… Toxic work environment starts at the top with a CEO that is rude, disrespectful, and completely out of touch with reality. Basic HR guidelines are just an idea here They will lure you in with perks and fun events when reality is the “perks” are snacks and coffee creamers and the “fun events” are weird themed parties/forced team building events. The low amount of PTO days doesn’t even matter because you will be peer pressured and bullied not to use them and if you do, you will be taken on a guilt trip. There is absolutely zero work life balance and you will be expected to take calls at 4am. Employee turnover is x3 higher than the average and the CEO just tells the company that you have to be tough to work here and this the culture it takes to be the “best” instead of taking any accountability.
