He treats his directs like garbage. He is always late. He stole the meeting pre-read concept from Amazon, but forgot to also borrow any of their healthy business practices and instead reflects the cumulative worst personality traits of all tech CEOs. It's actually impressive that someone could exhibit all the worst characteristics of leadership and none of the positive attributes that inspire loyalty and ingenuity from your team. Turn-over is higher than Cheech and Chong which, in his own words "is not a metric that he values". You will travel more than you ever did in consulting roles, you will get zero support, and you will be micro-managed down to your meeting notes. Avoid this place at all cost.
