      Avantages

      Good pay (if you can work a lot) Most of the people are cool to work with GM will work with your schedule Fast-paced environment (most of the time) If you want to stay in the restaurant industry and tell your higher up that information (and you're good at your job) there is a high possibility of moving up in the company

      Inconvénients

      LOTS of high schoolers Very high turnover rate (getting shifts covered is nearly impossible) This company cares more about getting money in its pockets and not the well-being of their employees BOH men do not respect boundaries (take that as you will)

      Avantages

      This was a fantastic job as a high school student. The scheduling team and higher staff were always accommodating for other needs, which is rare in a part-time job.

      Inconvénients

      I, including others, left after the success of the location dwindled. We were scheduled few hours, but those who stayed saw a resurgence.
