      Avantages

      Fun company to work at. Striving to get better. The tech movement we are making can bogg you down a bit but the industry itself is fun and their is always a cool project to be apart of.

      Inconvénients

      the Micro Managing has gotten out of hand. The way we utilize Salesforce has made it become more of a burden than a tool. Also, we could use a lot more gear. More gear = more rentals. Also they made us peel our front window tint on all vehicles.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!
