Avantages

jobs pay decently if they are placed correctly (often are not)

Inconvénients

When I started with this company 2 years ago they had a very responsive support line. Helped with problem customers, changes to orders, and getting paid. Unfortunately since then they have tried to move away from that model, instead asking techs to email in about nearly everything with a response time of 3-5 days. This is insanely frustrating, and has led to me accepting fewer and fewer jobs. This policy makes me livid, makes me less motivated to do a good job, and makes me not want to recommend this company as either a service provider or an employer

Avantages

Flexiblity to work as much or as little as you want.

Inconvénients

Offers you work as a contractor, (You provide own tools, transportation, they supply the customers) but treats you like a 5 year old (Tracks you via GPS before you start the job, treats you like a child sending reminders to leave for job, log in to start job, end job all tracked via company app and gps. PS: They never mentioned any of this to me when I was hired or interviewed.) Accept a job on the app for a stated fee. But if job is unserviceable because customer isn't ready, or customer signs of on job but next day files complaint, or spend time troubleshooting why install is not possible, and that agreed upon fee gets cut by 65% and there's nothing you can do and no one you can talk to. Only recourse is to send and email to the company via the app.
