Avantages
They maintain a high booking rate and students are consistent. Management is kind and supportive and they are not too demanding in terms of performance, overall attitude.
Inconvénients
They are quick to deduce from salary but very reserved when it comes to rewarding effort. There is no transparency and tutors have very little information about the company.
