-serious lack of transparency, communication from management could be improved. - Work life balance, usually your team will need to achieve some objectives (which is normal) but the deadlines are unrealistic which lead to people being overworked, also there are recurring cases like national holidays which impact operational processes and even though those holidays are on the same dates every year, it usually lead to problems, stress and long working hours. -culture: i believe there's no transparency, most of the time questions in all hands are being censored and as most people also depends on visas they don't always speak up and there is a vicious cycle, because at the end no change occurs. There was an all hands and they rewarded someone for working on weekends... (hello self-awareness?)
