The company is simply a mess. The founders are two rich kids who went to HBS but have zero real-life experience. Company goals and directions are constantly changing, and the leadership has no idea how to manage a team other than starting fire everywhere. People are afraid to speak up and are worried about speaking up as people are constantly being let go. You're only secure if you happen to be the founder's favorite, or know how to play politics. Wondering if things are worse now WeWork is one of their biggest investors. Won't be surprised if this company becomes another scandal.
