      Avantages

      Excellent learning curve for freshers Working here makes us brainstorm a lot more than normal, therefore improving personal/professional skills vastly. In-Depth exposure to Web services, Web applications and other security technologies.

      Inconvénients

      Work/Life balance is undervalued. Workload/payscale ratio will generally be way off (4:1). Absurdly low starting pay if they get to know that you are desperately in need of a job. Pay raises will not be satisfactory until the employee makes a clear demand.

      Avantages

      Good learning opportunity for freshers. That is all we can say i do not see any such pro to talk about this company.

      Inconvénients

      so many cons: No good amenities. no good work atmosphere. have to write timings manually. no benefits and no facilities. like a school. Managers expect resources to put buckets, if not they will not help you.
