Misleading/micromanaging - Avis employé Stylist Head Case Hair Studio

I loved that the salon was dedicated to only using the highest quality products. Everything was either non-toxic or organic, or both. I hate it when salons go for the cheap stuff to try and cut corners and make more profit. Also, it brings in a higher quality customer that more than makes up for the cost of the products.

No pros out weigh the cons. Management is so unprofessional its disturbing. I gave my written notice to the manager of when my last day would be. She let me work when day and then the owner told me she didnt want me to work anymore. I was nothing but professional to them but they could not show me the same professionalism. I found out by a client that they had changes my picture on their scheduling app to a poop emoji with devil horns. This was made public on their app! I cant believe how childish and immature they were. It was constant stress working there. They do not know how to listen to employees and they take everything so personal instead of taking it as constructive criticism.
