Office decoration and atmosphere needs a step up and brightness, Internal communication needs improvement, Salary is sometimes an issue.

401K plan is a 'maybe we will match' type thing. Could be much better.

Avantages
Strong belief in core values and generally practiced. Financially responsible of not edging on thrifty. Change is a constant and there is plenty of opportunity if you know the right people.
Inconvénients
Sometimes they fail their core values which are the foundation of the organization. You will get borderline reasonable pay which doesn't carry long term benefit.
