      Avantages

      I can honestly say nothing. They also promise pay raises after the first review. Nothing.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management lies to hire. They lost money on a job and decided to make their employees pay for it! One week they want you to work 80 hours and then the next week, they say 50. Very inconsistent company. They find any way they can to take your per diem. After one month they docked the bonuses 75%.

      Avantages

      Remote options for employees outside of Idaho, above average pay for industry, interesting projects

      Inconvénients

      Health care options are expensive and mediocre in quality. May be more of a reflection on US healthcare options though.

      Avantages

      Pay is very good, time with family is encouraged with regular trips home. When not on a field project work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Non as of now to share.
