I had a disappointing experience at this company, which I can only describe as an awful place to work. The management style is excessively micromanaged, leaving little room for autonomy or creativity. Employees are expected to put in long hours without adequate support, creating a stressful and unsustainable work environment. What I found particularly troubling was the culture of bullying that seems to permeate the workplace. If you don't fit in with the team's dynamics, rather than addressing it directly, management will silently undermine you by removing your job responsibilities and handing them over to others without any communication. To make matters worse, there is a complete lack of appreciation for hard work, you won't even receive a simple "thank you" for your efforts. Senior management will also lie to you and about you to other employees.Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy and supportive workplace. It's disheartening to see such a lack of respect for employees and their contributions.
