      Avantages

      I love to work with HTMLPanda! There are a nice team and our leader, the greatest person. HTMLPanda gives a lot of opportunities to learn new things, there are so many different projects that as a developer you are constantly learning new things, approaches, tricks and so on. You will grow and will be happy there.

      Inconvénients

      - Variety of projects to work on, so sometimes it's hard to switch between different tasks in certain times, rest are ok

      I've worked for very large organizations and have never seen a management team work with employees. The company really seems to believe in work / life balance and doesn't put on unnecessary time pressure so you can focus on doing good work in the right way.
