Peaceful work environment. Great people, family owned and operated. Has 401 k with profit sharing. Relaxed leave requirements most of the time unless a project is due.
Inconvénients
Small company politics. Some expectations are difficult to impossible. Small annual raises. Does not always follow standard operating procedures in some aspects.
