      Avantages

      It's close to where I live and pays me correctly on occasion. Pretty decent insurance.

      Inconvénients

      Exceptionally cheap company, Extremely rare promotions actually given, if ever. Company is planning to relocate major contracts overseas so do not think of being able to retire from HCL. DO NOT sign on as a contractor at any level, trust me on this.
