      Avantages

      Initially money was good when outsourced from previous company.

      Inconvénients

      Everything after first year. Pay is never correct or on time. Treated employees as an object. Training expectations are ridiculous. Expect you to work 24/7. Will replace you with offshore resource as soon as possible.
