      Avantages

      Good compensation and benefits Good communication with my team

      Inconvénients

      - In HR area where I work, there is no structure or process to follow. Goals set are not reachable and they don't give enough tools to get to the goals. Everyday I live with fear that I could lose my job because they hired recruiters massively with no strategy and now we are over populated in the area. - They always compare to TCS and states they are better, but this is not true, only in the compensation side but not on company culture.

      Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.

      It was a job. Pros??? None

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
