Avantages
If you are ready to work with cheap, below standard, less educated, narrow minded middle level management in a head down manner than this is a best place for you, very much inhuman managers with a false good image, always eagar to apply colonial culture, treat low level employee like their peon, always scold you without any reason, threat employee that he/she is lethargic even employee is working as a bondage labour, managers make sure that you cannot grow professionally, almost try to ruin your career, intentionally rate you badly during appraisal.. give copy paste review without taking care of gender so appraisal is a time pass activity for managers.
Inconvénients
I started my career with HCL as a fresher after 8 years I left this company and in conclusion I can say middle management is too dirty. They do not have common sense, immature and their internal vigilance system is third class even though I wrote a mail to whistle blower team including chairmam I haven't got a single word of apology and I was not able to feed me and my family properly even after completing 8years with this company. My experience is worst with HCL. So many times I have informed my RM but they haven't taken care of it. At last I left because my survival was getting critical day by day. It is really a worst company especially for north indian people those are working in north India.
