      Good direction from CEO to try and make HCL an employee-friendly organization

      Inconvénients

      Too many self-centered people.. no concept of team. Individuals rool the roost! Outsiders are paid lot of money when compared to long-timers.. they come in, make a splash, get even more hikes and get moving.. while insiders are struck assuming 'job security' exists!
