      1. Opportunity to work on diverse technologies 2. Job Security 3. Employee is allowed to make decisions in most cases.

      Inconvénients

      1. Clueless middle management. 2, Total lack of process 3. Bad HR / Back office staff .. They will never go a mile for you .. let alone an extra mile.
