      Avantages

      big company no issues with immigrant visa's and legal issues. As long you have a project you are well treated.

      Inconvénients

      Salary hikes similar to Wipro and Infosys, not as bad as TCS. As compared to US companies very little growth oppurtunities and benefits. Health insurance is great,
