Worst Onboarding Ever - Avis employé Deskside Technician HCLTech

Terrible on-boarding process Archaic online systems I was forced by a pushy HR person to agree to an early start date which almost made me be in breach of my contract from my old agency. HCL paid me for time I did not work for them and then took 2 months to figure out how to get me to reimburse the money. I was forced to switch to a new manager who works for HCL, he is not very nice and has no people skills, has no idea how to handle issues on his own that I bring to him
