I believe the HR is also aware of these problems but thy don't care. People are just involved in unnecessary credit making. Mental harassment is at its hig. The view of Management towards a new employee depends on the other old employees. If someone is trying to lean an trying to give his best other colleagues with pull him down to the core here comes the role of a manager but he is least bothered. Unnecessary work pressure. and fooling the client users everyday when some issues are not easily fixed
