      Employee friendly culture but still to catch up on global race to success of what Vineet wants to achieve for the company.

      Inconvénients

      too much chaos internally and always running behind tagets that are driven by me too syndrome. Proactivity is not a great strength if flexibility and agilty is celebrated too much.
